Vtiger, n8n, and Brevo — wired together properly
Most Vtiger integrations we inherit are held together with XML-RPC calls and cron jobs that silently fail. We replace them with REST/webhook pipelines, add n8n automation layers, and sync everything through Brevo for email delivery.

We use Groq API as our primary LLM layer — it's fast enough for voice interactions, cheap enough for 50K+ monthly calls, and works cleanly as a PHP backend. We add AI to existing platforms without a rebuild.
